Answering System

Operation

Message capacity

The answering system can record up to 99 messages,

depending on the length of each message. Individual

messages can be up to four minutes long, and the

maximum recording time is 15 minutes. Messages will

remain available for replay until they are deleted.

Press to record a memo (see page 34),

or aftering pressing SETUP, to record

an outgoing announcement.

Press repeatedly to hear

Press to adjust volume during message

Press to review or set clock

Press to delete message.

Press and hold to delete

all old messages (see

page 33).

Press to turn answering

system on or off.
